Whether you're uninsured, self-employed, have a high-deductible health plan, or simply prefer a membership-based relationship with your healthcare provider, EverWell offers a convenient way to stay connected to your health.
With our membership, you'll receive ongoing primary care support, preventive services, and chronic condition management without having to navigate insurance billing for every covered membership visit.
Additional Services
Specialty laboratory testing, EKGs, medications, weight-loss programs, hormone therapy, IV hydration, procedures, and home visits may require additional fees.

Membership fees are paid directly to EverWell, separately from insurance. Services included in the membership are not billed to insurance. Other services may be billed separately or through insurance when applicable.
Important Information
Direct Primary Care membership is not health insurance and does not replace coverage for hospitalization, specialists, or other services outside the membership.
Membership billing, cancellation terms, and any additional fees will be provided in your written membership agreement before enrollment.
