PrEP is a preventive medication option for people who may benefit from additional protection against HIV. EverWell provides PrEP evaluation, appropriate laboratory testing, education, prescriptions when medically appropriate, and ongoing follow-up monitoring.

EverWell provides physical examinations for school, employment, programs, and other qualifying requirements. Your visit may include medical history review, physical examination, required health documentation, and additional testing when appropriate.

EverWell can assist with Family and Medical Leave Act documentation when a patient's medical condition, evaluation, and clinical records support the request. Each case is reviewed individually to determine whether the required documentation can be completed appropriately.
Individualized medical case review for veterans.
EverWell provides evaluations for veterans seeking medical Nexus documentation. Each request requires careful review of medical history, current records, service-related information, and available clinical evidence to determine whether a Nexus letter is medically supportable.
